Key visuals designs for NHK promotion at the MIPCOM media conference in France.
1. The Japanese TV Drama Film “An Artist of The Floating World” by Kazuo Ishiguro: Marketing branding and design targeting European audiences, including key visuals, designs, and animations for the trailer, live event, and online campaign. The design concept blends modern nostalgia with a surreal avant-garde style. Smoke symbolises the protagonist’s reflections, while the hand-drawn calligraphy title conveys uncertainty and a divided mind.
2. The 8K Broadcast, UHD (Ultra High Definition) Experience Promotional Poster: The design consists of an 8K-shaped crystal window, representing NHK’s advanced 8K technology. The marketing tagline is visualised with a reflective 8K character resembling a high-quality screen. Images narrated the story clockwise, showcasing nature, places, sky, and people.
